The stupidity of student debt

I never spenn out dem Baby bonus from de government :

it was reinvested in dem College fund.

Way I see it , it was never mine to spend at a restaurant OR at the movies...

Those Folks who spenn it out plus their tax returns....

Crying the blues now ....me have NO sympathy ! 

thats right ketchim...hard all the way.  a struggle indeed.  and the kids helped by being good students

likewise.....took care of Text books and study materials 

I had my children read their NAME off the University framed Certificate from the Fund.

Fast forward 17 years later , they have the real thing from the dean. 

Depends. Some parents just can't afford to save up that amount. Some parents can save some, but not the entire amount. Or maybe they can afford one student at university, but they can't afford two at once, like my parents. So I got my rent etc paid for, but now that my sister is at uni, she's the one who gets her rent paid for, while I'm paying for it myself next year.

Thats anodda thing ....no on Campus or Rent ...

Live close enough to a Uni ...and travel with subway and bus !

Its not easy street !

if the family is unified then it becomes easier...plans can be hatched long term and developed and carried on even after uni so that it can all be handled with the minimum of strain.

what would also help is to get back at the profit criminals so one helps at every opportunity efforts to get then fellas into jail and their ill-gotten gains back in the public arena doing good work

Funny thing , my elder one got a BANK  (RBC) scholarship worth 3K ... ::LOL::

what rent

when you live on campus OR have to rent a room in University town !

Far away from your/parents home....
