discuss anything on your mind!!

My parents went to guyana last week where they will spend the winter months, like they do every  year. I spoke to them this morning and I am in a state of mild depression , for i'd rather be there especially when they are describing all the fresh foods that they are having.
I cannot go now as I have used up all my vacation alloted for this year but come hell or high water I am definately going in january.

enjoy and give a full report when you come back.  i am considering either easter or summer of next year.

between yesterday and today i cooked......

chicken soup
chicken curry
karaila and saltfish
bora and aloo
cauliflower and ground beef
brown rice
sada roti

and still had some time to do some housework!!

mind you.....hubby was with me even and straight in the kitchen!!

now it is relax time!!!!!!

i cook karaila & saltfish all the time.......and nevah had dat problem
