What Do Y'all Think Brainwashing Is?

Be specific.

I myself consider the concept of brainwashing to be to persuade a person to do something that isn't in their nature to do. Which in my opinion doesn't exist in nature. There's no such thing as brainwash because as far as I can see, it's not possible to coerce a person to do something they haven't in their psychological profile to do.

I would have to see a live demonstration of it that's not staged, in order to accept this idea as a fact.

So what is the definition of brainwash to you?
