Not true. For every $1 of "aid" to Africa, over 3 dollars are taken out by western banks. Africa exists to be extracted from. It is locked into paying interest repayments which are inherently unpayable. Western companies then use Africa's constant defaulting on payments to acquire land and resources. Any leader who challeges this will be killed. Any leader powerful enough to stand up to killers, will be a psychopath far worse than those the West can put in.
