With trepidation I will disagrees with Snoopster . Here is my point . There must be something superior to our intellect in this universe . Some may call it god but personally I wont ascribe to the gods  of religion as in dogma.  I see the ,mathematical and electrical precision of this universe and  wonder .
This cannot be by evolution but devolution . A higher  consciousness than we are incapable of comprehending .
Through t  history , theories and hypothesis has been forwarded and all has been proven  wrong as time goes  by . Humans  are but a spec in the universe and they cannot accept the premise that they do  not know.

Something superior to our intellect in the universe is one thing, but the god in all religions is quite another. It's nothing but the human ego.  ::LOL::
