I want to get me a Nutri Ninja smoothy blender and start doing the smoothy thing.
Anybody have a particular smoothy that they make and drink often?

But that's what I don't want.
I wanna go homemade, with my own blender and ingredients.

Okay, so nobody here's does smoothies.
So I'll let y'all know how it goes when I get started.
I feel really committed to a new healthy lifestyle.
Here's the Nutri Ninja Blender I'm getting next week.
I hear that this thing is awesome for smoothies. And it's affordable. I ain't buying no Vitamix. Too expensive.

Here's the smoothy book I'm getting....
I hear that it has great smoothy's without dairy, which is what I prefer.
I'll let y'all know which ones is really good.
What I'm hoping to get from smoothy's is more energy to burn at the gym.

I'll be using green tea for the liquid in recipes that calls for plain water. So I'll be keeping a big pitcher of green tea in the fridge. Though i admit that I'm a little nervous about a green smoothy. I don't know if I can handle that. But I heard that this book contains some good tasting green smoothy recipes. So I'm all excited and anxious to get started.

Thanks for the information about Farnoosh Brock's smoothies
Here is my most favorite smoothie. Chocolate ice cream and bananas and strawberries. Try vanilla ice cream with blueberries, cherries, and walnuts. :-[
Green smoothies are nutritious but taste terrible. Here is one green smoothie. Kale mixed with spinach, and pineapple chunks or pineapple juice.
