Fair...however it is the same system that convicted the MOMster and her killer pal.

It will do children no good to up for grabs to be killed and then their killers jailed for life.
If the system really cares, then they must function more intelligently.

So how can a system circumvent parental control? When the mother lies, cheats killed and sells her soul? Could she not have fooled the system too...

The system can act on red flags.
If a child submits a claim, a case should be opened and thoroughly investigated.
Especially if the child returns later with a parent recanting it.
The system should be as on the ball in protecting children as they are in protecting money and goods.
We all should know by now that having a baby doesn't make anyone a mother.
Any female can have a baby and then turn around and neglect it.
Be more on the ball.

Neesa was a child. She was barely 16 years old.
As long as she had made a report in the first place, the police should have taken action. So should the child services. Oh wait, I forgot there is no such functioning thing in Guyana.
When the mother took the child to the police station to drop the charges, the police should have arrested her right away.

When last you went to Guyana? Have you tried dealing with the system? Incompetence doesn't stop with the leadership....but that said...parents have to protect their offspring. This MOMster doesn't deserve to have children.

Perhaps they should investigate the circumstances surrounding her husband's death.

Which brings us back to the point that the system failed Neesa.

Long before the system failed Neesa, her momster condemned her to a life of abuse and neglect. Let us not only blame the system...after all for me, the buck stops at home. This woman is a beyond evil...
