When the west uses the UN to deal with issues surrounding the Middle East they are perfectly prepared to issue resolutions

that legitimise the death of millions of children through starvation :

as they did during the sanctions regime imposed on Iraq.

This country also has the benefit that their biggest ally, the USA, will veto any serious resolution against them

preventing any action from being carried out.
