in today's world...definitely no! international diplomacy is now a marketing and market-making process. businesses by themselves cant cut it.
the entire american project is making business for american corporations. canada too..all of them. it cant be any other way right now. there must be a national symbiosis between business and government.
allyuh out of it maintaining that old laissez fare line. dat is now old school
