I meant foreign aggression to Russia, not by Putin himself, worded that funny.

But about what you said, we can't know because would the Russian government release clear and untouched proofs or numbers of who got shot where and how?

In US at least they do it to get sympathy for a cause, because there is actual competition in who can get in office, if you get me.
