Both are just as bad I would say.
People need to shower and change their clothes.

so i started researching what labour was going to be life unmedicated and in my research i noticed there were alot of women that wouldnt scream or look like they were in pain during labour.
so i inquired with my midwife and she told me there was this method called Hypnobirthing. What it does really is use 3 breathing techniques that enables the woman to WORK WITH her body for an unmedicated and simple birth.
it doesnt mean there is no pain or discomfort or that your labour could still be long, but it assists women in dealing and working through the pain and difficulties of labour.
basically Krishna, long years ago women used to just go into a field and let their bodies do the work to give birth - with modern technology and pain medication,, man has made it very difficult for women to give birth. Hynobirthing is basically retraining you on what your body is able to do for you.

omar and i go every tuesday night for 2.5hrs to learn the techniques.
i have my birth plan ready and i have requested the following:
1. no epidural - NOT EVEN IF I BEG AND BRIBE FOR IT
2. no C section unless ABSOLUTELY LIFE THREATENING
3. i want to - if possible, be able to catch my baby while giving birth
4. skin to skin with the baby (baby on top of my chest as soon as they are out)
5. delayed cord clamping (let all the pumping and blood drain from the cord to the baby before cutting - no wasting of those nutrients we've been building for 9 months)
6. ABSOLUTELY NO HARSH WIPING OF MY BABY - dont wipe the baby down while their on my chest - the child will naturally start a chest crawl and try to breast feed with me.
7. hopefully no inducing - i dont want any of that
8. morphine to take the edge off if i really need it.
