allyuh know..there is a subjective ordinary west Indian interest in the regional mix that is right and pristine that I do not see organized, expressed and represented, anymore not even by ordinary west Indians themselves, in the regional mix
it is the independent interest of the west indian people, that was never recognized and accepted at independence, and effected as the basic policy of the governing development principle of the region
not a skunt soul cared about that. all of the leaders save Eric Williams wanted no independence at all..they wanted to go along, to continue as colonies, subservient to the British. Eric Williams wanted independence and later, I have come to ask why? Eric was hardly an independent spirit and had no plan for the independent development of the west indies
but the British did not want the colonies anymore. the skunt west indian leaders and dem had to take independence anyway..whether deh wanted it or not. the British, under the direction and tutelage of the Jewish bankers had worked out a way to control the new nations, still colonies in fact under the 'independent' pseudonym and fakery, without expensive colonial administrations
and that way was to pass over the cost of governing the region to the locals and control them financially through their own central banks, charging them interest on the use of their own currencies.
and deh all agreed to that..the west indian 'Fathers of Independence ' including Eric Williams.. the famous 'independent', who had explained the economics of slavery to us brilliantly, and surely knew what he was agreeing to when he ceded control of whatever Trinidad currency that emerged on independence, to the Jewish bankers
but Eric Williams is reputed to have been afraid of the shadow of the British and Americans, that they would invade him or toss him out of office by internal coup organized by the CIA at any time. yet when he got to 69 years of age, which is still in life, lively, at which point man can still look forward to more years, Eric got sick and refused to be helped, allowing himself to die.
that was a suicide. Eric killed himself. so the man was not afraid to die then?
what the bloody hell then was all of that supposed fear of the British and Americans then??
if you aren't afraid to die why did you not stand up from the start, and do for the West Indian people what had to be done..i.e do all the independent stuff: make the people independent... financially, food production, politically etc. most importantly of all... clean up the slave/indenture/colonial mental/emotional baggage that still have the West Indian people socially hamstrung and stupid to this day????
the situation is so bad now that all we can produce are people who cannot help themselves, who believe in the failed white ways of life that is collapsing as we speak. instead of looking for independent and new and creative ways out of current capitalist failure, we are so invested in that crap, we build in the fire as it burns..which is exactly what the west indies cricket authorities are doing..for eg
west indies cricket has built a failed model, a neo liberal paradise..exactly as neo liberalism dies in the world. that is what those people are..not only the cricket authorities but all of west indian leadership and the regional upper and middle classes...the massive as well. they are totally out of it, out of progressive world movement which is why if the Chinese want to, they can and will have their way with the west indies and with west indians.
west indians know nothing but arse licking uncle tom subservience to authority. west indians are socially adept in the master-slave relationship and nothing more. so if one master passes they are always on the lookout for another. sas the white man is passing out of existence as alpha dog one would think west indians would fill the vacuum with their own independent power...to become free men and women running their own show
but not at all. they have gone looking for another master as such .. the Chinese.
and that brown Jamaican commentator lamenting and warning of Chinese take over... look at him well. he is part of the brown class of people who strangles Jamaica and keeps their darker skin brethen down. they have all the jobs in Jamaica..Jobs not the real big money. they do not control the finance. they have allowed forriners to do that. the question to ask of and about that skunt therefore is... who he works for?
( he would never make a video like that unless he feels he is protected from repercussions. who in Jamaica can protect him from repercussions of an attack on the Chinese? there is no Local Jamaicans with that kind of power )
so that man must work for those who have paid him to make that video..and it must be those who are still powerful but fear Chinese take-over of their Jamaican/West Indian 'patrimony'....who of course would be the Americans... Old Marse' himself.
so.. ranting against Chinese take-over that skunt does not represent any nationalist Jamaican/west indian sentiment..but in fact represents the old, longstanding, white controllers of Jamaica, who do not want to lose their control
so who represents the real nationalism of Jamaica and the west indies?
that's right..NO ONE! those who ARE in fact that nationalist interest..the vast majority of the west indian people... by now do not even know anything of such independence and their need of it to fix their lives. they are caught up in the survival mix, the content of which is now 100% sell out of their nation. so if and when they too have a chance and opportunity to make some money by selling out their country and their best interest at the same time, that is what they do..easy as pie.
that is why the west indies is a failed space, a disgusting and ridiculous space...a place going nowhere, not evolving but de-evolving. we failed to make proper use of our independence from its initial point, and now 2 generations later we have been educated and shaped by and in the debris of empire, into a garbage people, totally dysfunctional in existence, totally incapable of looking after themselves in the real world.
it is not that west indians must chase away the Chinese. far from that west indians leading the west indies must be able to, in nationalist frame, make proper deals in the interest of the region. are they capable of doing that? NO! clearly not.
it is up to the Chinese to take advantage of, to exploit them or not,...the west indians must be responsible to themselves to make proper deals and must be in position to do so to discipline the relationship with the Chinese, indeed with anyone at all, into a positive one
