i don't know what's on the menu for tonight
but your meal sound delish
do you use the red postatoes for your mashed?......and leave in the skin?
and do you roast the garlic first?
any time i make custard....i always make an extra tray for home......and as soon as my kids hear about it....they will come rushing over for some!!!

Roast the garlic and puree with butter .
Use the Potato skin for a snack , loaded with cheese and chives :cool:
