Loving my new vegetarian/almost vegan diet .... 


I'm not 100% vegetarian ... i don't bother my friends too much when I am invited to their place, but I do ignore the chicken and go for a bit of steak ... duck curry is my undoing ....

i used to think i couldnt stop eating meat but i even surprised myself !

1) my metabolism has increased
2) i dont eat unnecessary garbage
3) lower cholesterol levels (eventually)
4) i feel lighter in my body
5) my skin looks amazing!
6) my hair has more life to it
7) my monthly cycles are way better - less pain
