ah!  this is a good post!

anyhow:

)  I believe the old foods are good and the 'new' foods have been prepared to cause maximum disease and hook people on medication as prescribed cure that makes their illness worse, and  eventually kill them.  the human diet is now the major cause of human illness and death

2)  Heart disease is caused by the new foods, especially the corn fructose and artificial sugars and chemical additives, which cause chronic inflammation of the arteries, which prevents the transmission lines for flushing the body to malfunction, blockages and heart dysfunction.

3) the issue between good and bad cholesterol is a jackass non issue.  if arteries become chronically inflamed then nothing at all flushes and heart disease is a certain outcome.  the point is to prevent inflammation and so prevent any possibility of heart disease.

4)  cholesterol is not a problem at all as long as the arteries are clear.  cholesterol is an essential element in the body.  low levels of cholesterol does not prevent heart attack because cholesterol is not the basic cause of heart disease.  and if a heart attack occurs in a situation of very low or too low cholesterol it reduces the chances of survival in the victim.

5) old natural fats are not a problem.  coconut and all its products, lard and all animal fats, olive used uncooked, brown sugar, even white sugar, raw milk of goat and dairy, eggs, meat and meat fats are all good..as long as the diet is free from the killer fats and sugars, that cause chronic inflammation of the arteries.

6) killer fats:  all unsaturated hydrogenated oils and fats and products made with them or fried in them.  which makes all chips, bread and pastry, commercial ice creams etc dangerous to the body.  that crap is almost everything sold out there so if one avoids all commerical food products and turns ones home kitchen back into what it was one would be good to go..

make all ones bread from good unbleached flour, using lard, eggs and other leavening that may or may not involve yeasts.  make all ones fried food using coconut oil..olive oil for salads only..ice creams using raw milk and brown or white sugar

7)  artificial sugars, corn sugars are to be avoided at all cost.  no sweet pop, no diet sodas...and no msg..which is in all kinds of things..especially supermarket seasonigs like Mrs Dash and all the rest.  buy or grow fresh seasonings..or fresh ingredients and dry them out and make ones own seasonings.

the point is that a combination of recent factors in the food  universe act together to create vast human disease..which in combination with recommended medical treatment... is slowly killing vast numbers of people worldwide

THAT IS THE NAME  OF THE GAME.....NOT LOW CHOLESTEROL OR GOOD AND BAD CHOLESTEROL ETC. 

ALL THAT IS PALLIATIVE FOR NEUROTIC, WELL TO DO MEN AND WOMEN TO DISCUSS AT PARTIES AND ON THE TELEPHONE TO WHILE AWAY THEIR TIME, WHILE THEY DESCEND INTO MEDICAL PROBLEMS.

IT IS NOW KNOWN WHAT IS CAUSING HEART ATTACKS AND WHY!  SAME THING FOR DIABETES, OBESITY AND ALL THAT SORT OF THING.  PEOPLE CAN AVOID HEALTH PROBLEMS CAUSED BY DIET BY SIMPLY KEEPING UP TO DATE, PIKING SENSE OUT OF NONSENSE BY USING LONG EXPERIENCE OF HOS SOCIETY IS RUN AND FOR WHOSE BENEFIT..AND WHO BENEFITS IF MOST OF US DIE OUT.

THE SIMPLE QUESTION: WHO BENEFITS FROM ALL THIS DISEASE AND DEATH....AND HOW?

that at any rate is how I look at the issues of health  in north america currently.

the old system is dead, the class structure that got us to this day is under severe threat.  indeed the old way cannot be maintained and those in power know and accept this fact.  they cannot save themselves systematically so how do they save themselves in fact?

they can save themselves maintaining an inequitable class system with they in control, only by population degradation..rendering the population unable to defend itself, unable to revolutionize society... and ultimately reduction of the global population by huge, unimaginable numbers.

our lords and masters are quite capable of that crime..are in fact in the process of doing exactly that.  all is already in place, mass murder and genocide taking place before our eyes.  we are in the middle of a massive human die of or kill of.

thats what i see.  somebody prove mih wrong and I will be happy if they do.  in the meantime I have no time with no nonsense like good and bad cholesterol and all dem nonsense.  I try to eat well as I have described and it appears to be working so far. it worked for the people of all the years up to the first quarter of the twentieth century when the 'new' foods began to come online.

now we have in the last hundred years of so all kinds of diseases which never used to trouble humanity in the massive ways they do currently.

I rest my case for the moment

the new unsaturated fats amd corn sugars are engineered to cause in combination.. diabetes, obesity, cancers and heart disease, by breaking down the transmission system in the body by inflamming the arteries in the body.

and all the diagnoses and cures recommended by a supine medical profession, are based on drugs manufactured by the perps to make the health probelms started by the regular manipulated diet far worse.

once people get sick by bodily break down from the diet, then by prescribed medicine... they never get better.  they enter a prologed downward health slide that ends with the loss of their lives.

SO IF THIS IS GENERALLY KNOW THEN PREVENTION IS THE ANSWER..NOT FARTING AROUND WITH DIFFERENCS IN THIS OR DAT ASPECT OF A CRAPPY, MURDEROUS PROCESS DESIGNED TO REDUCE THE WORLDS POPULATION!

the response is to mek sure yu keep your arteries in good shape so deh can carry out their flushing function.

if the arteris are healthy all cholesterol will flow properly through the body and no heart attack.

that means no corn sugars, no oils save coconut  for cooking and  olive oil for fresh use. 

it means no artifical sugars and seasonings.  it means no products with unsaturated fats and full of chemicals like regular shop bought breads, chipsm dips, mayonaise etc.

it means shoppIng on the sides of supermarkets avoiding the middle. 

it means going back into the kitchen and devoloping ones food knowledge and cooking skills once again..selecting fresh wholesome raw ingredients and putting together ones own food.  all of it.

it means no eating outside the home unless one can gurantee the food quality.  it means cutting out resturants and all fast foods.

P-R-E-V-E-N-T-I-O-N!  HUMAN LIFE NOW DEPENDS ENTIRELY ON THAT!
