Case tried already? How come the accused are convicted in the court of public opinion? Where is Snoopy and his lawyerly-wisdom?

The problem with too many people is the knee jerk reaction...firsly lets hope that these are the perps...secondly, lets hope the rampant corruption in India doesn't pervert justice. And thirdly lets hope for a fully and speedy recovery for the victim.

About time India act to curb rampant abuses of women.

See this is what sensationalism and emotions do to pervert justice.

A democracy operates on the principles of guaranteeing equal rights, and in this case that means a fair trial. I am not symapthetic with the perpetrators...however fairness in the name of justice must be executed...otherwise we will cricumvent the said democracy.

If you do understand true freedom then you will not wait for such but being now...gender inequalities, exist and will always exist, but it does not equate to violence against women.

India is a hypocritical country in that they cry rape now, when in actuality it happens every 20 mins...and this is only for reported rapes. They have lost the way...societal norms are changing and the violence perpetrated against women should not be tolerated.
