Where we are is that like most Americans you clearly have no idea about your own legal system or even care to know about it.  Instead, you have this knee jerk reaction fueled by media speculation which then forms the basis for you conclusions. 

The irony of course is that people like you might ensure this accused person is acquitted on a constitutional technicality. 8)
