The right to remain alive

This bastard will not enjoy rotting in jail...instead he will be euthanized.

The older brother is shown here alive and well in police custody.  Police first said he died in hospital from gunshot wounds.  Then they said he died from explosives strapped to his body.  Then they said he died when the younger brother ran him over with a stolen car.  But here he is with no visible gun shot injuries and being put inside a police cruiser.  This entire story, and I stress the word story, is just not making sense.

They go and bomb poor countries and justify it by saying they bring democracy and the rule of law.  But here we have a situation where the rule of law is thrown out the window in order to satisfy the vigilante masochistic desires of a few.

In the U. S. and A the right to a fair trial and the legal principle of 'innocent until guilt is proven' doesn't apply when it's inconvenient for the gov't and a few right wing nutters.

if all normal legal rights are dispensed with relative to this boy and he is sent to Guantanamo... it sets or deepens example of the removal of the rights of all americans.

Obama has more precedent for his NDAA provisions that can jail americans at will.

what strikes me here is a sense of incompetence on the part of the police state.  this clearly is a false flag.  and part of the  american public is so sensitized to government evil that in all probability all the government does against the people, no matter how sophisticated would be sussed out by this section of the populace.

yet this flag false looks poorly done, simple-minded..heavy on naked power and very light on planning, effective sophistication... that one may ask questions about the fitness of the state...even in its own interest.  the state seems to be tripping over itself, exposing itself at every turn.

if that is in fact the case the state is its own worse enemy and the people have a factor in their corner as we slip into police state.
