Eye witnesses said that one hour before the race the entire finish line was swept with bomb sniffing dogs by the FBI.  Then they are pictures of private security mercenaries with back packs at the race when the bombs go off.

This entire story is bizarre to say the least.

most likely because he is innocent and they did not get a chance to kill him to shut him up..and the case closed one time.

as in the case of Oswald and Jack Ruby dead men tell no tales..have no chance to cast real doubt on the official story.

this kid was not killed and that seems to be one factor of official incompetence in the matter.

Well in this case the accused person has been "shot in the throat".  How very convenient.

Joker wasn't shooting at the police? I guess the police caught him, placed him in the boat and then came and shot him full of holes and then arrested him, and instead of killng him then, saved his miserable life by taking him to the hospital...at the tax-payers expense.
