The populace are being played like puppets, on a daily basis and I include myself and I consider myself to be aware of all the chicanery, still I know I'm being manipulated. I feel sorry for those who have zero awareness of what is going on around them.
Or maybe I should be envious of them?, coz ignorance is bliss.

The New Yorker has a good article on this, this week. Ebola is dangerous which is why the West is finally going to do something about it. The US has the best drug manufacturers, but there was no money in it until now.

Has any Black person been cured of Ebola as yet?
I'm not being facetious. It's a serious question.

[color=rgb(32, 32, 34)]This is unfamiliar territory. Sometimes there is a thin line between caution and fascism. This lady, as a caregiver, should have been allowed to quarantine at her own home, etc. She is intelligent and knowledgeable enough to recognize changes, symptoms. She could have provided her temps and vital signs via webcam to verify compliance, along with telemetry if required and home visits by medical professionals. There was no reason to "lock this person up" in a hospital. I don't think they intended to be Draconian; I think this Ebola, with it's associated hysteria factor, kind of caught even the "experts" off guard. Hopefully future management of suspected cases will be a little more well thought out.

I saw the picture of her hugging Obama, I'm glad she was cured of the virus. The country really needs to get a better grip/control over the whole thing though. They're not handling it as effectively as they should.

The US has all some of the best medical resources. It has an abundance of medical facilities that are equipped to handle Ebola patients. There is at least one medical university hospital in each state. So, those nurses better come out cured!
Can anybody imagine the hell that would break loose if they were not cured. Americans are already in a panic about any virus spreading.
Now, President Obama must export that technology and medical personnel to the Western African countries which are suffering.

I do not understand the correlation between Obama and Ebola, other than the two words sound similar when said 5 times fast (tongue twister). Anyway, Obama is the President of the U.S. and needs to make better judgments when hugging those who are just recently cured of a life taking virus! That is, if this virus really is of some concern in the first place. I do not understand how the Secret Service or the Obama administration would approve of this message. It is dangerous and reckless. But on the flip side of this, it makes me wonder...how serious is this disease anyway? Hmmmmm :
