Prices are being driven down due to excess Supply !

Problem with the Chinese speculators...

so!  you think is time to get out of the market...... ::confused:: ::confused::

I am in a couple of good buildings....there for 7 years now the construction fine..also a couple of new buildings still under construction so I have no idea of the quality of the construction.  I took it for granted the quality would be superb.

I think I am going to run!  too many apartments anyway...too many in the pipeline and coming on stream.  oversupply is right

Unload : and get out , quick ! 

Terrible advise . There will be a market correction but prices wont  decline  that much .

Ignore this Mook ! ....Most new Condos are 75% Tenants/ 25% Owner occupied.

No owners as the speculators cannot unload ...for a Profit ...

Things are gonna get worse as the newer ones are ready for Occupancy !

It takes about 9 months to get the condo registration so you pay an "occupancy cost"

Banks will not give a Mortgage until the condominium is registered as a Corporation !
