You're the one who seem to have a monopoly on the facts of this case.  I merely stated the obvious fact that the investigation is still ongoing to determine the actual facts and evidence, and there has been no trial yet to test the evidence and determine what is indeed fact from non-fact.

You seem to be having an orgasm over this story as if it somehow proves something.  Go on, it's all very entertaining. 8)
