but it really does not matter what the ethnic composition of the police is.  the police is an armed parasitic bureaucracy that is set up to prey on the ordinary population.  that is what it will do regardless of the ethnic composition of its members.

the police are the same everywhere there are police..that is why they are so easily manipulated from afar by the Zionists through control of most local/domestic politics/governments in the world.  control the local politics and control their police and military..train them too in your methods.  which is what I see happening all around the world save in the countries that oppose the zionists.
