THE BEST LAID PLANS OF MEN! ::LOL:: ::LOL:: ::LOL:: ::LOL::
It's all changing right before our eyes much, much, much earlier, faster than we expected. the big boys after only a couple of years are getting good wood, are all in disarray and unlikely to recover. there will be a new champion this year..prolly the Wizards.
the Wiz are much the best right now..then Miami. Minnesota is rising..Houston and Portland. this would have been the Clippers year if they had kept it all together. but emotionally they are not there to capitalize on the collapse of the Warriors, and the Spurs in the west...and the Cavs in the east
the Spurs have lost Aldridge due to heart concerns. arrythmia or some such..bad timing of the heart, no proper riddim. he is likely done for good, career over.
there was a big time Celtic like that one time..Reggie Lewis was his name. big handsome guy, A real Star. some doctors said he cud play others said no. while the doctors were arguing and he trying to make a decision, he simply keeled over and died one day, at a school, speaking to children or some such.
but anyway..Toronto would have been ready to win, to pick up the pieces, as well as the Wiz, but they were not thinking like the year is turning out to be, from at the start. we did not think we could win it all apparently. as it stands we need one more player to be able to win this year..a star who can play both ways. maybe if we can get Milsap from the failing Hawks.
and get Casey some good strategic support from a creative basketball mind as an assistant

we need a coach like Eric Spoelstra
but its always hard getting quality coaches. most coaches dont win so if you have one that is getting you there even if he does not go over its hard to move him because you have no idea what the new one will do
some guys have track records and got fired...need to be careful with those guys. you need to know the coach like Riley knew Spoelstra all the way and brought him seemingly out of nowhere.
how to move on from Dwayne Casey ::confused:: its hard to do so when Casey has broken every toronto coaching record..when he wins but cant win much now with just Lowery out. the difference between Casey and winning it all is the difference between Casey and Spoelstra.
Spoelstra's team beats Toronto on their down cycle with just Lowery out. the Heat are not supposed to have a good team right now. they are rebuilding but winning with a rebuilding team..beating most teams in the NBA most nights. the Heat have lost their top point guard Dragic yet they keep on winning.
with Lowery out Toronto can beat only bum teams like Dallas. Minnesota beats Toronto, Milwaukee, Orlando, Detroit. that's not good or great coaching. Casey must organize his resources to keep on winning. Injury always plagues basketball. you must be prepared to win regardless of who you have available on any night

DeMarre Carroll is the first bad deal Masai made. he gave this wastrel a contract that ties the Raps hands. he is paid too much and nobody wants him.
e does not contribute at all at all to the Raps effort nigh in and out. last night he gave 2 points and 3 assists for 15 mill a season
with Lowery down we need a player of Carroll's supposed ability and experience to take control of the team and get it home. I cant wait to see the back of dat skunt.
Masai shud just cut him out of spite..send him home or better... sit him down in a Limbo...no play, cant go anywhere just sit..not on the bench but at home or something..cant leave Toronto, cant travel with the team. and if he leaves he forfeits his friggin contract

Carrol had a better game last night..he scored all of 12 points and and had wat 6 assists or some such. at 15 million per how mow much does it cost us per point from him
I mean I am on the side of the players but one caveat: if you agree to a contract as a professional you are supposed to play for your money. regardless you are a professional.. so every night you have to go out there and play tuh rarse.
if you don't want to do that get out of the NBA..go home and do what the hell you like.... and be happy
time to get Carroll rarse out of the T-Dot
