You just can't help but feel sorry for the Eastern teams, as long as Lebron is still playing at this level not one of them will make the finals.

Thompson is good.
and the sweep is complete.
I did not think the Cavs cud sweep the Raps but they have. I feel let down by Lowery in particular..and that Casey cud find no answer for the Raps.
at the end Lowery did not appear interested. maybe he was sending a message about next year: he does not want to be in the north.
Good Powell is ready to replace at lower cost. we can use the change to go look for the higher class players we need to go all the way

I knew trading Biyombo would be a mistake. we missed his defense terribly! I would have given the Magic Carrol straight up for Biyombo, at the loss it would have incurred. I would have eaten that loss for the mistake Carrol is
needed upgrade.... Valancunis.
needed desperately...high quality scoring with at least adequate defense in one player ideally at forward..4 or 5.
maybe we can pull-of a stick-up and heist Wiggins from Minnesota ::LOL:: ::LOL:: ::LOL::

from CBS Sports:
Valacunis has not improved..Carrol is not what the Raptors paid for...and I would not pay too much to keep Patterson. I would let Lowery walk but Keep DeRozan... unless I was overwhelmed by an offer.
I like Powell to replace Lowery and there is Poetl who can take up some of the Patterson Slack. Van Vleet is fleet of foot and wily small for some back up PG. there should be enough at PG to take up the loss of Lowery for the moment
DeRozan we need to keep because the Raptors need to be down slightly just for a regroup year while we accumulate the talent to take over the east. LeBron is 33 this year and his window is only 2 more years wide... if that.
Lowery will not be the man to lead the Raps to that promised land..already 31 he will be 33-34 soon...too soon. the Raps need more talent than Lowery offers and will have to offer at 33-34..2 years up the road. so its time to let him go
so to let go and improve upon over the next 2 years: Carroll, Valuncunis, Patterson, Lowery
Keep: DeRozan, Ibaka, Tucker, Cory Joseph, Van Vleet, Powell, Wright, Poetl, Siakam...and for gods sake do something about and with those guys forever at the end of the bench - Noguiera, Thompson and Cabaclo
