German town Jamaica

...or German Trash. 


Germans have long been a fantastic society, the cultural, financial and scientific centre of europe.  they did not leave germany just like that..unless they were posted out for some high reason..or unless they were trash, flotsam.


so what happens after I spend 55 minutes watching this documentary?  how would I be enlightened, advanced in any useful way at all..the story of a lil Yardie German enclave!


this man keep making obscure docs of little value.


a year now, after we came to know his previous doc about who again in the Yard..chinese was it...who remembers, what did it do for us, how did it enlighten us, how did it clarify westindian social experience for us, fit us out to deal better with our reality?


a waste of time.  at least the debate here is better.  one can learn much more from the lixx that from the doc.

if yu go to school and do any westindian history you would know that white people were along with slaves early as indentured.

they told us about the irish in particular but there were english too.  if there were germans so what.  its no big deal and is not worth a 55 minuet documentary

so why do African slaves merit 55 minute, 1 hour and 2 hour long documentaries?
the documentary is not even about slavery if you take the time to look all your accusations on based on assumptions.

Dave why dont you step up to the plate and make a doc of real struggling poor people in Jamaica.
I am sure that these germans would be accepted with open arms  in their mother country,  because German immigration allows for repatriation of their nationals regardless of how many generations removed they are

look here Dave6..black african slavery as a massive trade and industrial factor for almost 4 centuries, and its derivative, institutionalised global racism was/is one of the social tipping points in human history, of social human evolution.


there is no more singularly significant flow in the evolution of the modern world than blac african slavery and the slave trade.


that is what eric williams told us in 'capitalism and slavery,' Rodney in 'how europe underdeveloped africa' and a still expanding volume of literary prodcution in history, economics, anthropology, human biology, even in evolutionary biota., evolution of flora and fauna where slavery was the way of agricultural production..all essential to clarify what african slavery meant, did, accomplished, caused.


without african slavery there would be no white world as it is, dominant, effing up the planet to this day with military might, plundering everything in sight, has the most advanced shipping etc, etc etc.


documentaries etc., on slavery and its consequences are not only worthwhile..that is not even the way people who do research and write on the subject see it..but as essential to clarity  and understanding  of the modern world.


yu could not waste your time with a focus on slavery and its consequences.  there is always a new angle and insight to glean.

THEY ARE BRITISH AND IDEOLOGICALLY MAINSTREAM, YET THEIR COLLECTIVE CONCLUSION IS COMPELLING:  THE CRISIS IS TOTAL.  "THERE MUST BE CHANGE OR WE ARE ALL SCREWED!"


FOR THE TIME BEING PUT YOUR FOCUS THERE ON THAT FUNDAMENTAL ISSUE, HELP HUMANITY SURVIVE AND GO ON.  WHEN THAT IS ACCOMPLISHED YOU CAN COME BACK TO OBSCURE  ISSUES. HUMANS SHUD HAVE THE TIME AND LEISURE TO FOCUS ON ALL THAT THEN
