is on the rise .....meaning below 15 years old !

SO how old should a society nurture this :

would 10 , 12 and this wasted life 14 year old :

I dont understand what yu mean.  I am not talking about nuturing anything.


I am talking about social change that means a whole attitude change towards mistakes young people make especially where sex is concerned...and the end of punishment as the way of dealing with human issues.

we judge everything and judgement is not the way...not the approach to any thing.  thats my argument

the community says its bad..not good for a 15 year old girl to become pregnant..that's the general attitude, the majority one.


ok!  so what if a girl becomes pregnant then...how to handle the situation?


kick her out, send her looking for shelter wherever she can find it or end up pregnant on the streets?


of be kept at home and the situation dealt with in the most positive way available so that we do not add to the sadness and suffering in the world by killing 2- child and mother..or  in this case leaving 2 children motherless and subject to lord knows what kind of upbringing now

As soon as they experience Menstruation ??
