Married middle-school teacher Charles Oross’ license was revoked — and he will go to prison — after admitting to a Queens judge that he had a sexual relationship with a 14-year-old female student.
Oross, 45, copped a plea to having oral sex with the girl in a classroom at Susan B. Anthony/IS 238 in Hollis, as well as in his car, more than a dozen times.
“Did you engage in oral sexual conduct with [name withheld] between January 1, 2009, and January 31, 2009?†asked Queens Supreme Court Justice Richard Buchter.
“Yes, your honor,†Oross responded.
Under the plea deal, Oross, of East Islip, LI, will get six months in jail and 10 years’ probation, instead of up to seven years in prison, which he faced had he gone to trial.
