but instead of conversion think transformation.
now there is the read word...transformation and how.

I explained that sometime ago when we were talking social reform.  its sill there. its the easiest thing to know and understand.  as a manner of fact I just alluded to it...relative to the social nous that makes people this way or that way.

people are formed by the way society makes its living.  you want to change or transform society in anyway at all... change the base to suit.

if there is a social revolution in the working and the working people/ordinary people take over they will begin a transformation of themselves, the ordinary people that would be extraordinary.  they would have no need to hold back technology period.  they can apply productive technology across the board and need not fear unemployment.  they run society so the result of the production now truly belogs to all society....... all the wealth.

it would be production like we have never seen before in all areas of economy to be directed and disbursed by ordinary folk to society generally for the purpose of its overall development.  people power andits focus ongeneral social develoopment is the recognition that society is the instrument of our survival and that the well being of society as a whole guarantees the survival of all..which becomes the principle of social functioning.

by implementing the level of available technology, clearing the decks for more to come on stream, the people eliminate their own jobs, their own function and social class.  they now transform into the only class left in society a developing social class in a social democracy focused on developing people all of whom can run the social process, participate in it to high and on-going levels...all of them.  they could put the names of all into hats pull out who will run things for a while so functional it would become..on the basis of the massive wealth produced by society, unchecked by capitalist limitation, structuring for profit, deliberate scarcities and all that sh!t the capitalist now terrorize society with.

that is how the transformation will take place..from ordinary to developed human beings..by ordinary people taking over society and replacing minority control with the general interest placed front and centre in the functioning of the human instrument of survival... social functioning..society

social transformation...transformation in general..the mode of universal existence....universal as in universe...is the universae made it so which is why we call it universe.  that is its nature, the one it gave to us..transformation...or evolution

who cares about religious conversion.  thats no thing..nonsense..not a positive factor inlife. now social transformation and we have soemthing

in that case let the "majority" provide jobs for themselves and people among them.  The so called minority elites don't need jobs!
