yes!  that's true! good advice.  but man veggies veggies,veggies,veggies... its tears.  now matter how deep a veggie grove I get into, I always fall back. and at times the veggies run out.

you don't know what its like to be doing things and doing crap and don't know because you are out of it and don't know. focus is a problem. I like horses. its tears when you cant focus because you need nutrition and there is nutten you can eat..at time loosing your temper, frustrated, even crying and don't know why until your realize 'oh crap I am on my nose!'

if I am around my children they know the signs and if the notice anything they bring me a glass of orange juice or something.  oh well. I will make out

India Prime Minister Narendra Modi has announced $600m in assistance for development projects in Africa at a major summit in Delhi.More than 50 African leaders are attending the India-Africa Forum Summit, unprecedented in scale, in the Indian capital. 


The meeting is being seen as an attempt by India to improve ties with Africa.

- part of India's big push to increase its presence in Africa.
