Jindal is a good candidate. But he is too inexperienced and does not connect that easily to the GOP's core voter base.


Anyway, I think George W Bush will be remembered as the last GOP politician to become the POTUS. GOP is more or less finished. Once Texas turn blue (will happen in 2020, if not by 2016), the GOP will be reduced to a fringe player in the national politics.

If he really present himself to be the republican candidate this could put to the test how open minded their party is. Since Herman Cain stepped out of the course we have not seen what the republicans reactions could have been if he was nominated.


If this party wants to give a good image of itself, Jindal could be a choice because he seems to break away from republican nominees seen these last years.

Jindal was born in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, to Amar and Raj Jindal, who came to the United States as immigrants from Punjab, India, six months before he was born.^[3] Jindal attended Baton Rouge Magnet High School, graduating in 1988. While in high school, he competed in tennis tournaments, and started a computer newsletter, a retail candy business, and a mail-order software company. He spent his free time working at the concession stands during LSU football games.^[5] Jindal was one of 50 students nationwide admitted to the Program in Liberal Medical Education (PLME) at Brown University, guaranteeing him a place in medical school. Jindal also completed a second major in biology. He graduated in 1991 at the age of 20, with honors in both majors.^[5][6]
Jindal was named to the 1992 USA Today All-USA Academic Team. He applied to and was accepted by both Harvard Medical School and Yale Law School, but studied at New College, Oxford, as a Rhodes Scholar. He received an M.Litt. degree in political science with an emphasis in health policy from the University of Oxford in 1994, where the subject of his thesis was "A needs-based approach to health care".^[5] He turned down an offer to study for a D.Phil. in politics, instead joining the consulting firm McKinsey & Company.^[7] He then interned in the office of Rep. Jim McCrery of Louisiana, where McCrery assigned him to work on healthcare policy; Jindal spent two weeks studying Medicare to compile an extensive report on possible solutions to Medicare's financial problems which he presented to McCrery.^[8]
As a young convert to Christianity, Jindal wrote several articles about his spiritual journey that were published in the New Oxford Review.^[7

Don't know what happened to our esteemed attorney's jocular proclivity...but Jindal's resume is rather impressive. More impressive than BO's. But then he may not get the support BO received....

it seems very unlikely there will be many more white presidents of the USA. 


in hindsight it would seem that those who selected and prepared Obama for president  were long aware of the developing demographics of the USA and what it would mean for presidential politics..politics on the whole... and were and are a loooooong jump ahead of us all in this matter


it would appear that we have all been manipulated in the politics,  that it really wasn't so hard after all getting Obama elected ..and re-elected.


they knew that politics would change and got their black man in..not any disparate black man who would be radical from an open political process and outside their control.  that is what is called pre-empting, controlling and directing social change as it is about to happen
