yet do you have any idea what they say about einstein currently.  that he was an idiot and totally wrong.  not only say that but prove it outright.

I trust no top, consistently awarded and lauded by the establishment in any dam thing.  they are bound to be fakes..built up to focus people awarded from the truth dazzled by all the pomp and ceremony

the current science of inflammation as cause and the requirement for diet change based on that is fine by me.  it is logical and squares with what I actually know as a layman.  I could do my own research, my own legwork and reasoning and prove a great deal of it myself.

thats the test for me..when I can go into it and come out having proved that I am actually on to something! 

I dont care about no rated experts in a system that requires all such to kow tow or they cant get funding for their research, laboratory tim for experiment... and even jobs... if they do not say what the system wants then to say

Thanks to my good metabolism I can eat both and not really worry about it so I guess I'm good for now haha
