Will religion ever disappear ?

Thats why I said a dose of FAITH is required.

Cause Logic even biochemistry does not cut it !

the big bang has been totally debunked...

there must be logic to something..everything..anything. there must be a way to it, a way it works, and it therefore must be relative.  it must be relative because IT made the thing itself.  nothing can be unrelated to that which IT made.but the world is constructed in such a way it is illogical for it to have been conceived by a being which took its time to make every little thing we see.  and that is myriad to/by some exponent.

and what about what we don't see but know is there...and that which is related but which we do not know of..but that if it is there it must be relative also.  cant be any other way.  then of course there is that which has not been made yet, or evolved yet but come into being all the time, out of what exists already, and that which has passed away leaving its DNA incorporated in what exists to be passed along?

why would any being do all of that which even for a superhero would take some doing ::confused:: 

I see purpose everywhere, local and relative purpose to/in life.  we are looking for grandiose purpose to life and miss entirely our own relativity in the world, the universe, to existence. we are relative to life on earth, are of the materials here, and  we are  shaped and disciplined by earthly conditions. our purpose relevant to earthly conditions is to survive  and thrive, and all is to hand for that purpose.  but within our area of choice we have made the wrong choices because we believe...because of belief

the same lack of logic you highlight to justify belief is suicidal.  that is what has brought us to this edge..belief in 2 gods of the many gods Mammon... the devil, the god of money..and Osiris...the resurrected the original soul of Jesus.  both deny life as it is which is what we must understand, to know ourselves, and so come to know how to live in the world, giving us a chance to overcome our deadly reality of belief, of faith, by which faith we cannot see straight. don't you see ::confused::

every god has made his children superior to those under another god, or under no god at all.  churches have secured money and power, cause wars to protect their gods, which gods bless their sides in the war and send them off to die.

only the truth can save humanity from war and species suicide..the truth that there is no god and that all humanity are the same evolved source, with a common collective survival interest... that can be effectively carried out only in human cooperation..not by victory of this or that fictitious god.  no side under any god can win.  only collective humanity, free of kant and religious skuntery can!

religion will disappear.  its well on its way out already.  religion is a human disaster area, a human crime against its own self.

religion exists as a sea of human idiocy, in crime against humanity itself.  religion chews up the human species spitting out so much fodder or compost its incredible. 

christianity exists as a sex crime factory against children.  all religion exist as a means and justification for plunder of this or that group by another.  religious philosophy is a pile of eye for eye crap, very ancient ideological nonsense, from the infancy of the species when it did not know better, dusted and honed every day to keep the most ignorant behavior of the past in the present, and to try ensure a place for it in the future

I saw a group of Canadians developed a case against religion as a crime against humanity and took it through the judicial system to recently, whereupon it just stopped.  so I imagine that arbitrary canadian power made them an offer they could not refuse..'stop or you life!'

we have seen for example how Canadian churches are united in the genocide of the original people of north america.  and that same example of religious mass murder has happened throughout religious history.  go to any country at all and dig up its history and see that religion organized and powerful has been exterminating humanity by the 'grop' from its day one.

european people did not like the new christianity..they loved their old paganism.  in every case they were beaten down in religious wars and forced to swallow the new religion which broke up into many splinter mirrors of itself in the 16 century.  their is a massive european collective trauma from the official imposition of religion on that region.  and it is the same everywhere.  religion is and always has been force of domination, of dictatorship and empire, and huge crime against humanity.  original religion an idea of good gaining ground among ordinary people as a source for their up-liftment was taken over by the european monarchical state, its ideology twisted into line with state power and unleashed on the people as a great force of conquest, domination and exploitation, of finance, slavery, indenture of all people

and early and late Islam has been the same. we can point to all the positive achievements of islam but for all that it is has been and is still, like christianity, an organized force for backwardness in human evolution.  organized religion has stopped human progress and now is a powerful force driving humanity to extinction.  for humanity to survive at all it must get rid of religion..or else reconstitute religion into a positive ideology on the basis of what has been proven about existence to this point in human evolution.

religion can exist by truth only at the edges of the known, and disciplined by the known it would be up to date and in sync with the known, and logically consistent in its doctrine.  religion will stop talking contradictory nonsense and total crap, yet getting people to believe and operate on their crappy, illogical ideological nonsense

humanity must shed religion or die.  even paganism..the worship of nature pure and simple as we know it, is better than the organized nonsense we are not besotted by.  away with religion.  its the bane of humanity, the devil in the mix, in disguise leading us all to hell

It is possible to be both atheist and religious. Virtually all Buddhists manage it 

there has hardly been a dent in all the religious doctrine !
