there are only some african populations susceptible..and some meditarranean people and arab people as well.  there is where you concentrate an undending education program to ensure people get the tests and prevent sickle cell

not only that you can make the tests mandatory from young.  by the end of the first year of life every parents should know the  what their children have propensities too...so that they can ensure they as they grown up they how to handle themselves healthwise
