I've been reading up on this case and still not sure who is telling the truth.  I cases like this I tend to side with the victim(s), but this case is a tough one.  Personally I want to believe the teen went for the gun because otherwise it would mean he was gunned down in cold blood.  Either way it is a sad end to a young person's life.
